Striker Jefferson Louis has added club number 37 to his CV after joining Evo-Stik Southern League South side Farnborough.

The 39-year-old journeyman has been transferred more than 40 times in his nomadic 20-year career.

Louis enjoyed a successful 2017-2018 campaign with both Banbury United and Chesham United and is not ready to hang up his boots just yet.

He told Farnborough’s official website: “After speaking to manager Spencer Day it was a no brainer to go to Farnborough. Obviously, I’ll be the number one striker. At my age I just want to keep playing football.

“I scored 32 goals last season and I just want to keep playing. I don’t want to be second fiddle to someone else.

“I feel like I’ve proven myself last season and I feel like I’m a proven goalscorer in this league.”
