Tony Burman has banned title talk in the Dartford changing-room.
Darts go to East Thurrock tonight (Tuesday) knowing a win would take them three points clear at the top of National League South with two games left. They’re so close to automatic promotion but boss Burman doesn’t even want that discussed.
He said: “We’ve actually thoroughly spoken about it all since the Poole game (which Dartford lost at home on March 10).
“I’ve banned anything else being said. I don’t want anything else being said in there. You don’t win anything until you win your games and we’ve got three to go now.
“We’re in a real good place. I’ll tell you now, the group are really together and they’re believing.”
