Gloucester City return to National League South action on Saturday when they travel to Clarence Park to face St Albans.
Having lost only two games since Mike Cook’s arrival the head coach was in a positive mood as his side look to climb away from the relegation zone.
Looking ahead to St Albans, Cook stressed the importance of their remaining seven fixtures.
“They’re all important once you get down to single figure games,” said Cook.
“If we can get a few wins it’ll go a long way to staying up, but I don’t want to prioritise any particular game. If we take a point from it then it’s a point extra.’
“I don’t have a particular points tally as we work it out by months, so blocks of four games.”
