Truro City FC has been put up for sale now the current owners have fulfilled their five year investment plan.
The club was rescued from administration five years ago by local businessmen, Peter Masters and Philip Perryman and since then the club has gone from strength to strength. The club is currently debt-free and playing in the upper echelons of the Vanarama National League South.
The White Tigers are currently sitting in the play-off positions and not only that they also reached the first round proper of the FA Cup for the first time in their history in December with a trip to Charlton Athletic. But at the end of this season Mr Perryman will step down meaning that the club need a co-investor alongside Mr Masters or alternatively an investor to take over completely.
To start the process of concreting the future ownership of the club Miller Commercial have been instructed to seek “expressions of interest” on behalf of the club. During their tenure, and following considerable financial investment by them, the club now finds itself debt free and playing in the upper echelons of the Vanarama National League South.
