Boss Rob Edwards believes reaching 50 points would probably be enough to seal survival for AFC Telford United.

The Bucks are third bottom in National League North, on 41 points, with six games left. They lost to 2-1 to Chorley at the New Bucks Head on Saturday.

When asked if he has a points total in mind, Edwards said: “It’s just one more than three other teams, it’s that simple.

“All our focus now is just on Thursday (against Leamington at home). There’s no target in mind at the moment as I think that is dangerous, to be honest.

“If it starts with a five then I think you’re okay.”
