Alfreton Town have confirmed the signings of forward Nyal Bell and goalkeeper Viktor Johansson on month-long loan deals.
Bell, 21, joins from National League side Gateshead and Johansson, 19, arrives from Championship club Aston Villa. Bell is a Rochdale youth graduate who made his first team debut in September 2014, before a spell at Droylsden in 2015.
A stay at Chester FC followed before Bell joined Gateshead in June 2016 following his release by Rochdale. He would then join Altrincham in August 2016 before returning to the Heed, where he made nine appearances, scoring twice in the 2016-17 season.
Bell then returned to Chester for a second spell on loan this season.
Viktor Johansson, a regular in the Aston Villa Under 23 side, joined the club in July 2014 following a series of trials but had to wait 18 months to make his debut for the U18s after suffering a stress fracture in his back during his first season. After promotions to the U21 and U23 side, he has made several appearances for the U23s in both their Premier League 2 and Premier League Cup campaigns this season.
