Bradford Park Avenue have signed striker Jack Dyche on a season-long youth loan from Scunthorpe United.

The forward, 19, has spent the majority of this season on loan at Ashton United, and now moves one division up to join Avenue until the season draws to a close.

Leeds-born Dyche has however been out of action for a large chunk of the campaign, recently returning from an ankle injury.

He netted 15 goals in 22 appearances for Scunthorpe’s youth team last season on his way to earning a professional contract.

The season before, Dyche was named in the League Football Education’s Best Eleven for 2014/15 as will as picking up their Goal of the Month award for March.

A versatile player, he featured for the Scunthorpe under-18 side in attack, midfield and even at full-back.

Jack will go straight into contention for Saturday’s home match against Brackley Town.
