Bradford Park Avenue top scorer Chib Chilaka has left the club to join National League North rivals Harrogate Town.
Chilaka scored 38 league goals in three seasons at the Horsfall Stadium, finishing top of the club’s goalscoring charts in each of the last two campaigns.
His 16 goals last term, his highest tally, saw him finish ninth in the league top scorers chart, and took him to 49 in all competitions for the club.
Chilaka said: “I just want to thank everyone at Bradford Park Avenue for a wonderful three years at the club.
“Everyone has been so supportive of me and despite all the ups and downs everyone has always cheered me on.
“I will always love the club and wish it every success for the future.
“I hope the brilliant fans continue to get behind the lads and the management like they always have done.”
One of Avenue’s longest serving players, Chilaka made 93 league appearances for the club. He joins former captain Simon Ainge in moving to Wetherby Road this summer.
The football club would like to extend its gratitude to Chib for his efforts in green and white, and wish him all the best for the future.
