Avro joint-manager Lee O’Brien is glad to have re-committed to the club alongside James Hampson.

The NWCFL Premier Division side announced this week that the pair would be staying on for next season, and speaking to the club’s website, O’Brien explained:

“We are really pleased to be committing to the club for the forthcoming season. We’ve always wanted what’s best for the club since day one, and to be in a position where we can be competitive.

“We have a genuine care for the good of the club in the long-term and we would never put that at risk. Avro have a fantastic structure in place, and we have a solid nucleus of players, which have been loyal to ourselves.”
