Davis Haule has stepped down from his position as first-team manager at Aylesbury.
Haule has been involved with the Evo-Stik League South East club for a number of years, first joining in 2012 as a player. In January 2017, after a short spell away from the club, he returned and into a new role of manager, steering Aylesbury away from the impending possibility of relegation.
On his exit, Haule commented: “Firstly, I would like to take this opportunity to thank the fans and the people behind the scenes of Aylesbury FC, for making this place feel like home for me and my brother, for a number of years. It is with great regret that I hand in my resignation as manager of Aylesbury FC; a resignation effective immediately and a decision not taken lightly.
“To all the players I have collaborated and worked with, thank you for your sterling efforts. I need as a manager and as a player, to make a special and heartfelt mention to the lads that have stood by me, through the club’s challenging time.
“Their loyalty, steadfastness and positivity has not gone unappreciated and each and every one of you knows who you are. I love you guys!”
