Barrow AFC have signed big striker Dan Cockerline from Evo-Stik Northern Premier League First Division South side Northwich Victoria.
Cockerline came through the system at Sheffield United, scoring a host of goals for the Blades` under-18 and under-21 sides.
He scored 4 times for Vics this season and helped them to a ten-game unbeaten run.
The 6`3 tall forward has put pen-to-paper on non-contract terms with the Bluebirds but a full contract will follow after he completes a suspension picked up for being sent-off while playing for Vics.
Barrow manager Paul Cox sees huge potential in the 19-year-old youngster, who had loan spells with Grantham Town and Marine AFC before being loaned to National League North side Curzon Ashton last February on a deal until the end of the season.
