Basingstoke Town manager Michael Gilkes has released the experienced Rowan Vine.

The much-travelled 33-year-old played League football for Portsmouth, Luton, Birmingham and QPR as well as with a host of loan clubs.

He moved to the Camrose from league rivals Gosport Borough, but started just four games and made two substitute appearances, scoring one goal after joining in December.

George Hallahan has joined Farnborough for a month long spell

Hallahan is a product of the Basingstoke Town Elite Programme and appeared on the first-team bench for the FA Cup game at Ebbsfleet United in October 2014.

He is on National League South forms, but has yet to make his league debut.

He has been out gaining experience on dual registration basis with Tadley Calleva in the Sydenhams Football League (Wessex) Division One.
