Bath City will finish the campaign without srtiker Shawn McCoulsky, who has been recalled from his loan spell by Championship side Bristol City.

McCoulsky has scored a combined total of 31 goals this season for Bristol City’s under-23s as well as for National League South sides Weston-super-Mare and Bath.

Although the youngster didn’t make the bench for Bristol City’s 3-2 win over Barnsley on Saturday, head coach Lee Johnson hasn’t ruled out using McCoulsky before the season is out.

“Milan Djuric had a slight niggle so we recalled Shawn last week,” City’s head coach said.

“It was just nipping a little bit in his groin probably due to us trying to rush him back, but we were glad to be able to name Milan on the bench.

“We always had the plan to recall Shawn anyway. It would be great to get him a run out before the season is done.”
