Billericay Town have today announced the release of seven players from the squad.
They are Chris Assombalonga, Kresh Krasniqi, Danny Fitzsimons, Matt Johnson, Mekhi McLeod, Luke Moore and Lewis Taaffe.
Assombalonga joined the club in January from Dagenham & Redbridge. He scored his first goal for the club within 4 minutes of his debut at Leiston.
He made 17 appearances for the club, scoring 4 times.
Fan favourite Krasniqi joined during last summer making his debut as a sub against Merstham on the opening day of the season.
His first goal came in the League Cup during September against Heybridge Swifts. His last goal was in the League Cup Final against Tonbridge.
Fitzsimons joined during last November from Margate. He made his debut in December at Burgess Hill Town.
Midfielder Johnson joined from Margate in November making his debut in the away draw against Met Police.
Matt made 34 appearances and scored twice for the club.
Exciting winger McLeod joined from Eastleigh and made his debut against Enfield Town in February, scoring on his debut.
Mekhi ended the season with 10 appearances for the club, scoring twice.
Moore was another signing from Margate in November. He made his debut against Met Police.
Luke ended the season on loan to Leatherhead having previously made 14 appearances for The Blues.
Taaffe joined from Hemel Hempstead in November making his debut against AFC Sudbury.
