Joe Kizzi believes Billericay Town’s supporters have a big role to play as they look to cement a place in the National League South play-off places, the Basildon Standard report.
Billericay are without a win in six outings, but came agonisingly close to ending the poor run of form at Dulwich Hamlet last weekend.
A last-gasp own goal from Lloyd Doyley allowed Dulwich to snatch a 2-2 draw and Kizzi is eager to return to winning ways when Hampton & Richmond Borough visit the AGP Arena tomorrow.
Kizzi said: “Our recent run of results and performances haven’t matched the high standards we have as a group of players.
“Our last outing at Dulwich was better.”
