Billericay Town owner Glenn Tamplin has stepped down as joint-manager of the club following a 5-2 defeat to Wealdstone at The AGP Arena.

The result ends Billericay’s hopes of a cup final at Wembley Stadium, where the final was scheduled to be played at. Tamplin has stepped down from managing the club, with head coach Harry Wheeler set to continue as manager. Tamplin, however, is set to be assistant boss.
