Aaron Greene has left Ryman League Premier Division club AFC Sudbury to join Bishop’s Stortford.

Of the move the AFC Sudbury manager said: “Greeny found the offer from Stortford too good to turn down. He is a decent player and a terrific lad and we wish him all the very best in his move.”

Greene started his footballing career with Harlow Town, and played for Heybridge Swifts and then Chelmsford City before earning a contract with Brentford in their development squad. He also spent time on loan at Boston United while with Brentford.

Since joining AFC Sudbury at the beginning of the season after being released from Brentford he played fifteen times and scored 3 goals.
