King’s Lynn Town have re-signed Michael Gash and Frazer Blake-Tracy as new manager Simon Clark bids to mount another promotion assault at The Walks.
Both players were cornerstones of the Linnets’ success last season, which saw them finish second in the Evo-Stik Premier Division on 100 points before losing out in the play-off final to Slough. They have signed new one-year deals with the club as Lynn look to go one better than last season.
Blake-Tracy was signed from Lowestoft Town last summer after impressing for the Trawlerboys as he made the switch across East Anglia with Ryan Jarvis. His performances down the left-flank and at centre-half were one of the features of Lynn’s promotion campaign last season.
Gash joined the Linnets after being released by Barnet in 2017 following a cruciate ligament injury. However, the big striker showed few signs of wear and tear for Ian Culverhouse’s men during the last campaign, acting as the focal point for Lynn going forward scoring 14 goals in the process.
