Boreham Wood have signed right-back Kane Smith on a two-year deal on a free transfer from Hitchin Town.
Smith scored 11 goals and provided 30 assists in 120 games over two seasons for the Southern Premier League side.
The 21-year-old former Luton Town youngster has previously had trials at Premier League side Crystal Palace and as well as Football League clubs.
“I think that I can bring a lot of pace and excitement to the club,” he told the National League club’s website.
