Brentford B midfield player Reece Cole has joined Vanarama National League side Maidenhead United on loan.

The 20-year-old has signed a deal to stay with the National League side until 1 January 2019.

This will be Cole’s second loan of the season and third overall. He started the campaign with Sky Bet League Two Yeovil Town and played two games for them at the start of the season. He also spent part of last season at Newport County. He played five games for Newport, scoring the winner on his debut against Coventry City, but had to return to West London after picking up a knee injury.

Cole made his professional debut in Brentford’s Sky Bet Championship win over Nottingham Forest in 2017. He has played 13 times for Brentford B this season, scoring four goals, and also featured in pre-season friendlies against Boreham Wood, Karlsruher Sport-Club Mühlburg-Phönix e.V. and Wycombe Wanderers.
