Worsbrough Bridge Athletic manager Josh Wright has made his move for a striker following the goal less draw at Retford United by bringing in the former Winterton Rangers and Retford United forward.

During Wilkin’s days at Winterton he was the top striker in the NCEL Premier Division.
Wilkin is likely to make his debut next Wednesday as the Briggers ironically travel to Winterton Rangers.

Wright told our colleagues at Non League Yorkshire, “We’re hoping we can return him to his old form when he scored goals for fun at Retford and Winterton”.

With Danny Joynes on his way back from a pre-season injury Wright is hoping that the addition of Wilkin will increase competition for places over the coming weeks.
