Bromley have confirmed that they have accepted a transfer request from captain Rob Swaine.

The National League club have also announced that following discussions both parties have agreed to the early termination of the defender’s contract.

Speaking to the club’s official website Swaine said “I would like to thank everyone associated with Bromley Football Club. From the management and players past and present, the owners and chairman but most importantly the fans.

They’ve been amazing from the time I joined and throughout the many awful clearances and passes, it has been an incredible three and a half years and I leave Hayes Lane with very fond memories. I will never forget captaining the team to the Conference South title, it’ll stay with me forever.”
