Goalkeeper Mark Cousins has extended his contract at Bromley.

The ex-Colchester United man has committed to the club until the end of next season.

Cousins, 34, joined Neil Smith’s side in summer 2019, following time at fellow National League outfit Barnet.

On securing an extended stay for the former Dagenham & Redbridge player, manager Smith told Bromley’s website:

“It’s great news for everyone at the club. We’ve seen how much we missed Mark when he was out injured and he’s started off really well for us this year.

“To secure him for next season so early is a great move from the club. He’s a great goalkeeper and also a fantastic person, and I’m delighted he’s staying on board.”
