AFC Telford United have completed the signing of goalkeeper Matt Urwin from League One side Fleetwood Town.

The 23-year-old joins the Bucks on loan until the end of the season subject to completion of paperwork.

The former AFC Fylde and Stalybridge Celtic keeper was part of the Coasters side that reached the First Round of the FA Cup last season where they lost 3-1 at League One Millwall.

Urwin also played in goal for Fylde when they lost out to North Ferriby United in the National League North play-off final last season.

Unwin started his career at Blackburn Rovers before moving to Bradford City.

Bucks` boss Rob Smith has moved swiftly to bring Unwin in following the sale of James Montgomery to National League side Gateshead on Monday.
