Stowmarket Town defender Sam Nunn has joined Bury Town on a one-month loan.
Nunn, 30, joined the Old Gold and Blacks on a two-year deal in the summer of 2018 and made 45 appearances in his first season at Greens Meadow.
The arrival of defenders Tom Bullard, Joe Jefford and Curtley Williams during the summer has seen Nunn’s playing time restricted so far during the early weeks of this season to two appearances off the bench in games at FC Clacton and Brantham Athletic.
Nunn will rejoin one of his former clubs, in Bury, who have made a flying start to their BetVictor Isthmian North Division campaign.
The Blues beat rivals AFC Sudbury 3-0 on Tuesday night to climb up to third in the table, and Ben Chenery’s side have won four and drawn two of their opening six league games.
