Cambridge City have announced a new sponsorship deal with construction and infrastructure company Morgan Sindall.
Robbie Nightingale, Buster Harradine, Charlie Woolfe and City Chairman Kevin Satchell are joined by Rachel Johns from Morgan Sindall as the construction and infrastructure company become the latest sponsors of Cambridge City
The firm has sponsored the first team tracksuits for the remainder of this season, with the option to extend for the 2017/18 campaign.
It’s not the first time that the company has had a link with Cambridge City Football Club as back in 2008 they sponsored the under 13 girls team.
City Chairman, Kevin Satchell said: “I am delighted that we have added Morgan Sindall to our sponsorship portfolio at the club. They have a long association in the Cambridge area, and with their office located in Sawston it is even more significant given that it is close to the site of our new ground.
It highlights how keen we are to engage with the local community as we prepare to move to the new stadium. I would also like to thank City fan Gill Wordingham for her help in negotiating the deal for the club”.
Bob Ensch, area director at Morgan Sindall, said: “We’re so pleased to have been selected to sponsor Cambridge City Football Club. We have an extensive roster of projects throughout the Cambridge area and community engagement and responsibility is of great importance to us. Cambridge City Football Club is an outstanding team and we wish them the very best of luck for future games.”
