Canadian under-20 international winger Kris Twardek has joined Braintree Town on a month`s loan from League One side Millwall.
The 19-year-old made his Lions debut earlier this season in a 2-0 EFL Trophy victory against West Bromwich Albion at The Den, and also featured against Luton and Wycombe in the same competition.
Braintree were Millwall’s opponents in the Second Round of the Emirates FA Cup earlier this season and gave the Lions a real run for their money before going down 5-2.
With Twardek’s move the relationship between the clubs continues after keeper Tom King had a spell on loan at the IronmongeryDirect Stadium last season.
Twardek could be in line for a home debut against Chester FC on Saturday.
