Jimmy Ginnelly was content to claim a point in Barwell’s weekend visit to Grantham Town.
Despite being pegged back twice in the second-half, the Canaries’ boss felt his side performed well against a side currently on an eleven-match unbeaten run.
Barwell remain twelfth in the Northern Premier League table and outside of the top ten on goal difference.
“Overall it was a great point,” said Ginnelly.
“To go to the form team in the league and not be beaten, as well as take the lead on two occasions, was very pleasing.
“It’s a fair point in the end, but I was a little disappointed with the way in which the equaliser went in.
“Other than that, I was happy with the lads’ performance and application”.
