Gloucester City have taken young forward Eli Phipps on a month`s loan from Sky Bet Championship side Cardiff City.
A clinical forward, he has been with Cardiff for ten years, completing his apprenticeship deal in the summer of 2015.
Having impressed as an apprentice and in his opening year as a professional, he has recently signed a new contract with the Bluebirds.
