Wayne Carlisle is stepping down from his role as first-team coach at Truro City as he feels unable to commit the time required to the job next season.

However, he may continue to work with the club in another capacity and discussions on that will be taking place in the near future.

Chairman Peter Masters, manager Steve Tully and all the players have thanked him for his huge contribution to the club over the last two years.

Promotion from the Southern Premier Division followed by a fourth place finish in the National League South isn’t a bad legacy to leave!
