Defender and captain Mickey Spillane spoke with ClaretsTV after Chelmsford City’s 2-1 win over Oxford City.
The defender made his 100th appearance for the Clarets and said:
“It was a good day all round really. The win is the most important thing.
“Being captain was good and to play 100 games for the club is a good achievement as well.
“Even with the draws we’ve had, I think we’ve played some of the best football so far this season. To come away with the draws was quite disheartening.
“We’ve just got to keep going and see where it takes us.”
