Chesterfield manager James Rowe has praised the work of Sutton United boss Matt Gray.

Sutton currently lead the National League by four points, with games in hand on the sides around them.

Speaking ahead of their game tomorrow evening, Spireites manager Rowe said:

“Matt has done a great job down there. It’s good to see a young manager like himself come in and have such success.

“He stabilised them last year and he has really kicked on with the team this year. Full credit to them to be in the position that they’re in.

“That’s all the praise I’m going to give them now because we go into battle tomorrow. We have nothing to fear.”
