Chesterfield have completed the loan signing of Doncaster Rovers forward Alex Kiwomya.
Th 22-year-old has been brought in to add much-needed pace to the struggling Spireites’ attacking options. Martin Allen’s team are currently on a winless run in the Vanarama National League that has seen them slip to 20th place, just two points above the relegation zone after 15 games.
Kiwomya is a former Chelsea youngster who joined Doncaster last year following loan spells at Barnsley, Fleetwood Town and Crewe Alexandra. He is the nephew of former Ipswich Town, QPR and Arsenal striker Chris Kiwomya, while his dad Andy had a career with the likes of Dundee and Bradford City.
The deal for Kiwomya at Chesterfield is for one month.
