Chesterfield chief executive John Croot has said there will be a ‘comprehensive analysis of all commercial contracts’ at the club, with all areas of revenue streams under review.
The announcement comes as the club’s accounts for year ending 30th June 2020 have been sent to shareholders ahead of next Monday’s AGM.
Croot told the club’s website of the commercial analysis:
“This will be across football business, conference and banqueting, and commercial. It is hoped and expected that the new model and change of ownership will bring goodwill from the existing supporter and commercial partner base.
“On top of this, a new marketing strategy will allow an increase in revenue over all areas.”
