Chorley manager Jamie Vermiglio feels the club have a potential league-leading goalscorer in Connor Hall.
The former Bolton Wanderers man is under contract at the National League North side for next season, having also played his part in the recent stunning FA Cup run.
Magpies boss Vermiglio told the club’s website:
“To have a proven goalscorer like Connor in our ranks gives us that extra boost and he’s scored some very important goals for us. As a defender, you can’t relax for a second while he’s on the pitch, and that’s such a weapon to have at our disposal.
“His intensity and work rate is excellent and we’re confident with a strong pre-season Connor can rise to the top of the league’s scoring charts.”
