Chelmsford City have announced the signing of Elliott Buchanan.
Buchanan, a former Bishop’s Stortford front-man, signs for City from struggling league rivals Margate.
The 26-year-old finished as top-goalscorer last season with Stortford, netting 28 times in thirty-four appearances, deservedly earning himself the club’s players’ and managers` player of the season awards at the ProKit UK Stadium.
The prolific striker then moved on to Margate at the start of the season following Rod Stringer’s move to the Clarets.
Buchanan now joins City with a wealth of experience having previously been with Newport County and Boreham Wood prior to signing with the Blues under Stringer.
