Chelmsford City Fans’ Player of the Year Rory McAuley has agreed to a new deal to stay on at the Clarets next season.

McAuley was an ever present in the Chelmsford City team last season, starting all 51 of the Clarets’ matches last campaign and scoring one goal against Gloucester City in the FA Trophy.

And now after speaking to new manager, Rod Stringer, yesterday before the Club’s Q&A, City’s vice-captain has agreed to put pen to paper on a new deal which will see him stay at the Clarets for the 2016/17 campaign.
