Club captain Alan Massey and midfield playmaker James Comley have committed themselves to staying at Maidenhead United next season.
Both players have been instrumental in the club’s successful run to the National League South title and subsequent consolidation in the National League. Massey joined the Magpies from Braintree when manager Alan Devonshire returned to Maidenhead in May 2015. The inspirational captain has gone on to make 190 appearances for United.
Comley, a current Montserrat international, initially signed on loan from St Albans in February 2016, making the move permanent the following summer. He’s now appeared 131 times for the Stripes.
