New Whitehawk manager Richard Hill has signed forward Reece Connolly.

Connolly is well-known to Hill as he had him on the books at Eastleigh when in charge at the Silverlake Stadium before the 24-year-old`s well-publicised drugs test failure whilst on the books at Farnborough in January 2014.

Connolly helped the Spitfires to the Conference (National League) South title before moving on last year to Basingstoke Town.

Connolly started out at Aldershot Town and had loan spells with the likes of Salisbury City, Didcot Town, Dorchester Town, Forest Green Rovers and Farnborough before joining the latter in 2013/14.
