Wealdstone skipper Sam Cox has re-signed for the club penning a contract this week that will keep him at The Vale until the end of season 2018/19.
Guyana International Cox also captains his country and was voted Wealdstone Player of the Season by the supporters earlier this month. Stones fans will be looking forward to seeing more of his combative, all action style in the new campaign.
Cox, 26, who can play as a central midfielder or defender, joined Stones in September last year having spent the previous three seasons at National League side Boreham Wood and is a former Spurs professional.
