Jamie Coyle knows from experience how dangerous new Dartford striker Kudus Oyenuga is.

Oyenuga, who’s joined from Chelmsford, terrorised Coyle’s old club Welling last season. Coyle tried to sign him for the Wings and while that didn’t happen, he has his man after taking over as joint-manager at Dartford.

The 25-year-old started his career at Tottenham and has also played in the Football League with Hartlepool, as well as Scottish Championship football at Dundee.

Coyle said: “We played against him twice last year and he ripped us apart in both games.

“He was a constant threat where he’s so quick. He has good movement and was a real handful, plus he’s a real hard worker as well.

“There weren’t many strikers who caused us that many problems but he was definitely one. I played against him in the home game and he was really good.

“I didn’t play the away game – I was in the dugout for that one – and he was even better and scored a great goal. I tried to sign him but Rod Stringer, Chelmsford’s manager, wanted to keep him.”
