It’s fair to say that new Woking FC boss Anthony Limbrick is delighting everyone connected to the club right now.

The Cards have stunned everyone in the National League so far this season, climbing to third and are one point off top spot after an unbeaten run of six throughout September and October.

Limbrick looks to have brought that professional feel to the Surrey club, following academy manager spells at Southampton and West Ham.

The Australian, 33, is certainly showing what he’s capable of in his first senior role at the Laithwaite Community Stadium, and right now there’s no stopping his Woking side, who have an average age of just 21.

It’s evident that younger players can not only relate to him from his work with the Saints and Hammers, but that they are hungry to play for him.
