Dagenham & Redbridge have signed midfielder Mo Sagaf.
Sagaf joined Ipswich Town’s Under-23s in 2018 from Waltham Forest.
Following time with Barking and Braintree Town, the 23-year-old would earn a deal with Carlisle United in 2019.
Having left the Cumbrians at the end of last season, he now signs for the Daggers in the National League.
Manager Daryl McMahon told the club’s website: “Mo is experienced, has great energy and is a local lad.
“When I was at Macclesfield, we played against Carlisle last year and Mo was different class on the day. He’s the kind of player I think that we need moving forward; someone who is hungry to be successful.”
