Dagenham & Redbridge have announced the return of Manny Onariase on a one-year-deal, subject to FA approval.
Onariase enjoyed a good spell in the Daggers team during the 2018/19 season, racking up 29 appearances – missing only one game since he joined up with the squad in late October, which was the penultimate fixture of the season, where Peter Taylor played an experimental side away to Braintree.
Earlier on in his career, Onariase played his way through West Ham United’s youth ranks, before joining Brentford in 2016. The centre-back went out to Cheltenham Town on loan in 2017, before moving to Rotherham United on a permanent deal. The Englishman then returned on loan to Cheltenham in 2018, before joining the Daggers on a loan deal in October 2018.
