Co-chairman Steve Irving has said that Dartford feel a duty to continue the current season.
The National League South club have voted in favour of continuing, with Irving outlining the reasoning in a club statement.
He said: “We feel a duty to our club, commercial partners and our community, as well as for the integrity of the National League, to complete this season. Therefore, we have voted against resolution 1, 3 and 4.
“This will of course be done with a close eye on our finances and stringent implementation of our COVID protocols.
“So for the time being, games will continue until such time as the results of the vote are known.”
