First joining the club in summer 2011, the Irishman spent the next four years with the O’s and was part of the side that came within a penalty shootout of reaching the Championship under Russell Slade in May 2014.

The 33-year-old returned to the club from Southend United in 2017 but he leaves Justin Edinburgh’s side now by mutual agreement after 57 goals in 206 appearances.
