Adam Dawson says he is over the moon to be back at Tranmere Rovers after signing earlier this week.
The 24-year-old, who had a loan spell with the Club at the beginning of last season, can’t wait to get started again back at a club he held dear to him after his spell last term.
He told Tranmere PlayerHD: “It’s a great feeling to be back. I’m so happy that Micky Mellon and the Chairman have given me the opportunity to come back and I just want to give everything now for the Club.
“There’s no better time to come in than when the lads are full of confidence after some great results.
“One of the key factors in my connection with the Club has been the fans who have been first class with me.
“On social media, they’ve always been following me and after every game I was playing at Eastleigh, Tranmere was always one of the scores I looked out for to see how well they were doing.”
Having been with fellow National League side Eastleigh at the beginning of this season, Dawson says he has still been in good form.
He added: “I started five games for Eastleigh under Ronnie Moore and I got five assists and scored one goal.”
