Defender Nathan Buddle has cancelled his contract at Gateshead by mutual consent.
The 22-year-old has spent the last month on loan at former club Blyth Spartans, having joined the Heed from Carlisle United last summer.
Buddle made 16 appearances for the Tynesiders in all competitions, scoring three goals.
His last outing for Gateshead came in December’s 5-1 home defeat to Woking.
It has been confirmed that Buddle has now agreed terms for a permanent move back to Spartans.
