Outgoing Eastleigh owner/chairman Stewart Donald is due to meet the English Football League today (Friday) regarding his proposed takeover of fallen giants Sunderland.

Earlier this week Eastleigh released a statement saying that Donald had agreed to sell the Silverlake Stadium outfit to existing board members, along with a number of senior management staff.
