Jake Beesley has spoken of his delight at another chance to play League football.
The forward has left Solihull Moors to join League One Rochdale, signing a three-year deal with the North West outfit.
Beesley told his new club’s website: “I had that taste of playing in League Two last season [with Salford City], scoring a few goals.
“Unfortunately, it didn’t quite work out the way I wanted it to, but at Solihull, I played a lot of games, and the aim was to try and get a move back to the Football League, which thankfully has come off.”
